The hotel direction was misleading and the Paris security team did an extremely pool job protecting its guests. What should’ve been a one-minute entry into the hotel tuned into one-hour entry. People were pushing and it was difficult to move in the direction you wanted. They blocked off 3 entrance locations and despite having room keys, they refused to allow us in and directed us to another entrance on the other side of the building. Well, after the fireworks display, we tried getting back in and security refused entry. We were informed to carry our room keys for easy entry back into the hotel. We expected it to be crowded and stayed close to the Paris property so after the fireworks and countdown, we could come to the hotel quickly. We read the reviews regarding the family friendly experiences people have had at Paris. I’ve been to LV over 20 times and several NYE trips. Was really looking forward to this trip to LV.
